By introducing systems for recycling and new materials in an industry with substantial environmental impact and low recycling rates, Peter has positioned Mälarplast as a pioneer in circular production. In a small organization, Peter has established efficient innovation processes where ideas are quickly transformed into development projects. Peter stands out as an enabler and a role model in innovation leadership."
