Our services

Mälarplast is a complete supplier of environmental and technical plastic solutions. We work quickly and efficiently to make the right product in the right material, from prototype to complete, pre-packaged detail.

Our modern machinery includes 25 high-precision injection moulds and 4 compression moulds for processing thermosetting plastics. We have the capacity to make everything from small to large plastic details quickly on request. We also offer services within product development, from prototype and toolmaking to assembly, printing and packaging.

High capacity production runs

Mälarplast specialises in production runs of at least 1,000 components and upwards. For smaller quantities we usually turn to specialised prototype manufacturers.
